Use of ENplus® trademarks and logos

The ENplus® trademark (including the ENplus® logo) is protected by the provisions of international trademark law applying to intellectual property. Its use by companies within the pellet supply chain is only allowed based on a valid ENplus® certification and a trademark license that has been issued by Bioenergy Europe or ENplus® National Licensers.

All ENplus® valid certifications and notifications of registrations are published on this website. All the information regarding the ENplus® certification (and how to advertise it) can be found in our ENplus® Handbook, available on this website.

ENplus® Blacklist

Bioenergy Europe maintains the ENplus® Blacklist on this website, containing the details of companies and products which wrongfully use the ENplus® trademark without a valid certification or registration.

Bioenergy Europe maintains this “Blacklist” to protect all certified companies and customers of ENplus® and the marks of conformity granted by the responsible ENplus® licenser. The data on this list were selected carefully and do not claim completeness. Bioenergy Europe cannot guarantee that information from external sources contained on this list is reliable or up to date.

Legal notice update

Bioenergy Europe may update this policy at any time by posting changes online. Any such changes will be notified to registered contacts and to website visitors within the ‘news’ page.
