Schwarze liste

Die Marke ENplus® ist international weithin geschützt. Dies bedeutet, dass eine nicht lizenzierte Nutzung der Marke oder von Teilen davon eine Verletzung der Rechte des Markeninhabers darstellen kann. Wir verfolgen daher jedes Mal, wenn wir von Verstößen gegen das geschützte Siegel oder die geschützte Marke erfahren.


Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, alle angemessenen und notwendigen Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die rechtsverletzenden Handlungen von Unternehmen auf dem nationalen und internationalen Markt bekannt zu machen. Aus diesem Grund haben wir uns entschieden, eine schwarze Liste mit ENplus®-Verletzern zu erstellen.

Die folgenden Unternehmen stehen in alphabetischer Reihenfolge auf der schwarzen Liste, weil sie die Marke ENplus® missbraucht haben oder missbraucht haben:

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is advertising
 pellet bags and the outdated ENplus® certificate of a formerly ENplus® certified company on its Facebook profile [1] [2]. In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent "IWONA" pellet bags with the ENplus® logo and ID number of an ENplus® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus® logo on its website

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming to be ENplus® certified on its websites [1] [2] as well as advertising non-certified pellets as ENplus® certified on its website and Facebook [3] [4] [5] [6]. In addition, this company is wrongfully advertising ENplus® ceritfied pellets and displaying an ENplus® old logo on its website and Facebook [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15].

> Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This company is using an outdated and tampered ENplus® certificate.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming its pellets as ENplus® certified in its emails.

> Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This non-certified company is advertising pellet bags in an email campaign and on its website by mentioning ENplus® in descriptive text.  

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This non-certified company placed the ENplus® seal on the "Puro Abete Bianco", "Misto Fuoco" and "Puro Faggio" bagged pellets [1] [2] [3].

Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This company is using a falsified ENplus® certificate.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is trading pellets as ENplus® certified by distribuiting false partnership agreements with a certified company, as well as using its ENplus® certificate and ID number, without its approval.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is still wrongfully showing the ENplus® logo on its "Bel Pellet" pellet bags despite not being certified anymore [1] [2].

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is still claiming to be certified on its LinkedIn profile, as well as wrongfully using its former ENplus® certificate by displaying it on its website, despite not being certified anymore.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is wrongfully showing the ENplus® logo and ID number of a certified company on its pellet bags, without previos approval or authorisation.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming its pellets as ENplus® certified on its website [1] [2] [3] [4] and LinkedIn profile [5].
