Blacklists

The ENplus® trademark is widely protected at an international level. This means that a non-licensed use of the trademark or parts thereof may constitute an infringement of the trademark owner’s rights. We are therefore following up every time we learn about infringing acts against the protected seal or mark.

We reserve our rights to take all measures appropriate and necessary to make the infringing actions of companies known to the national and international markets, and that is why we decided to create a blacklist with ENplus® infringers.
