A marca registrada ENplus® é amplamente protegida em nível internacional. Isto significa que o uso não licenciado da marca registrada ou de partes dela pode constituir uma violação dos direitos do proprietário da marca registrada. Portanto, estamos acompanhando sempre que tomamos conhecimento de atos infratores contra o selo ou marca protegida.

 

Reservamo-nos o direito de tomar todas as medidas adequadas e necessárias para dar a conhecer ao mercado nacional e internacional as ações infratoras das empresas, por isso decidimos criar uma lista negra com os infratores ENplus®.
