La marque ENplus® est largement protégée au niveau international. Cela signifie qu’une utilisation sans licence de la marque ou de parties de celle-ci peut constituer une violation des droits du propriétaire de la marque. Nous effectuons donc un suivi chaque fois que nous prenons connaissance d’actes de contrefaçon du sceau ou de la marque protégés.

 

Nous nous réservons le droit de prendre toutes les mesures appropriées et nécessaires pour faire connaître les actions contrefaites des entreprises sur les marchés nationaux et internationaux, et c’est pourquoi nous avons décidé de créer une liste noire des contrevenants ENplus®.

In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent "IWONA" pellet bags with the ENplus® logo and ID number of an ENplus® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus® logo on its website
