Pasiliekame teisę imtis visų tinkamų ir būtinų priemonių, kad apie įmonių pažeidžiančius veiksmus būtų žinoma nacionalinė ir tarptautinė rinka, todėl nusprendėme sudaryti juodąjį sąrašą su ENplus^® pažeidėjais.

This non-certified company is advertising pellet bags in an email campaign and on its website by mentioning ENplus^® in descriptive text. > Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This non-certified company placed the ENplus^® seal on the "Puro Abete Bianco", "Misto Fuoco" and "Puro Faggio" bagged pellets [1] [2] [3].

This company is still wrongfully showing the ENplus^® logo on its "Bel Pellet" pellet bags despite not being certified anymore [1] [2]. > Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is still claiming to be certified on its LinkedIn profile, as well as wrongfully using its former ENplus^®certificate by displaying it on its website, despite not being certified anymore.
