This company displays the ENplus^® seal on the two versions of its “VIN Energy” branded bag design. [1] [2] > Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company displays the ENplus^® seal on its Facebook profile and company vehicles [1] [2] as well as covers the data of the certified producer on “NRG” branded bagged pellets that is advertises on Facebook, which could wrongfully suggest that it is certified.
