ENplus^® strengthens cooperation with public authorities to address trademark misuse

ENplus^® continues to actively cooperate with competent public authorities to prevent and address cases of trademark misuse.

In the Republic of Srpska, this cooperation has included the reporting of suspected infringements to the Inspectorate of the Republic of Srpska, which has subsequently carried out official inspections.

Where irregularities have been identified, the market inspection applied administrative measures and sanctions in accordance with the Republic of Srpska Trade Law and the Bosnia and Herzegovina Trademark Law to ensure compliance.

This collaboration demonstrates the existence of effective enforcement mechanisms and reinforces ENplus^® commitment to protecting the integrity of its certification and ensuring a level playing field for certified companies.
