ENplus® launches mobile application
The certification scheme has launched a mobile application to help pellet consumers and professionals identify easily certified companies.
The ENplus® application allows you to check if a pellet supplier is ENplus® certified and therefore trustworthy or blacklisted by the scheme for fraudulent activities related to the certification.
By typing in a company name (or ENplus® ID) in the search bar, you can:
- Access the full information about a certified company. You can see if its current certification status is active meaning we at ENplus® have verified that its pellets are of high quality. You can see the supplier’s approved bag designs so you know what product on the market you can trust. You can find the supplier’s official contact details, certified activities, etc.
- Find detailed information about a fraudulent party that has been identified by our fraud team and added to our blacklist. You can see what type of fraud the blacklisted company has committed as well as evidence about it.
- In an upcoming version of the application, you will also be able to use your mobile phone camera to scan a pellet bag and see if it is part of our database with certified products.
The mobile application is now available on Google Store (download it here).
We are also working to bring it to the Apple Store soon.
