The form is available here. Once completed, it should be sent to the contracted Certification Body.

3. INITIAL INSPECTION

Inspection

(including all sites operated by the company and its contracted service providers)

Conformity Report

(your Certification Body confirms compliance with scheme requirements)

4. LICENSING INVOICE & BAG DESIGN APPROVAL

The invoice is calculated pro rata with the estimated production for the full year. The license contract is finalised.

The bag design approval is required only if your company bags its pellets.
