Blacklist

The ENplus® trademark is widely protected at an international level. This means that a non-licensed use of the trademark or parts thereof may constitute an infringement of the trademark owner’s rights. We are therefore following up every time we learn about infringing acts against the protected seal or mark.

We reserve our rights to take all measures appropriate and necessary to make the infringing actions of companies known to the national and international markets, and that is why we decided to create a blacklist with ENplus® infringers.

The following companies are blacklisted in alphabetical order for abusing or having abused the ENplus® trademark:

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This fake company is impersonating another company by wrongfully claiming its pellets to be ENplus® certified, as well as displaying the ENplus® logo and ID number of an ENplus® certified company, without being authorised to do so, in its offers.
