> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is still claiming to be certified on its LinkedIn profile, as well as wrongfully using its former ENplus^® certificate by displaying it on its website, despite not being certified anymore.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is wrongfully showing the ENplus^® seal on its "GreenAge Pellet" pellet bag.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is trading fraudulent "GreenAge Pellet" bags as ENplus^® certified on trading websites.

> Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This non-certified company is advertising pellet bags in an email campaign and on its website by mentioning ENplus^® in descriptive text.
