> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is wrongfully showing the ENplus^® logo and the ID number of an ENplus^® certified company, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its "IWONA" pellet bags [1] [2].

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is advertising pellet bags and the outdated ENplus^® certificate of a formerly ENplus^® certified company on its Facebook profile [1] [2]. In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent "IWONA" pellet bags with the ENplus^® logo and ID number of an ENplus^® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus^® logo on its website. 

> Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This non-certified company is advertising pellet bags in an email campaign and on its website by mentioning ENplus^® in descriptive text.
