In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent "IWONA" pellet bags with the ENplus^® logo and ID number of an ENplus^® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus^® logo on its website.

In addition, this company is wrongfully advertising ENplus^® ceritfied pellets and displaying an ENplus^® old logo on its website and Facebook [7] [8] [9] [10] [11] [12] [13] [14] [15].

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming its pellets as ENplus^® certified in its emails.

> Counterfeiting of official certification documents. This non-certified company is advertising pellet bags in an email campaign and on its website by mentioning ENplus^® in descriptive text.  

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This non-certified company placed the ENplus^® seal on the "Puro Abete Bianco", "Misto Fuoco" and "Puro Faggio" bagged pellets [1] [2] [3].
