Znak towarowy ENplus® jest szeroko chroniony na poziomie międzynarodowym. Oznacza to, że nielicencjonowane używanie znaku towarowego lub jego części może stanowić naruszenie praw właściciela znaku towarowego. Dlatego za każdym razem, gdy dowiemy się o czynach naruszających chronioną pieczęć lub znak, podejmujemy działania następcze.

 

Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do podjęcia wszelkich odpowiednich i niezbędnych środków, aby działania firm naruszających prawa stały się znane na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym, dlatego postanowiliśmy stworzyć czarną listę osób naruszających ENplus®.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is trading fraudulent "TOMIBENA" pellet bags with the ENplus® term and ID number of a certified company on them, without being authorised to do so [1] [2].

In addition, this company is trading fraudulent "Premium Holz Pellets" bags with the ENplus® A1 quality class logo on them [7].
