Czarna lista

Znak towarowy ENplus® jest szeroko chroniony na poziomie międzynarodowym. Oznacza to, że nielicencjonowane używanie znaku towarowego lub jego części może stanowić naruszenie praw właściciela znaku towarowego. Dlatego za każdym razem, gdy dowiemy się o czynach naruszających chronioną pieczęć lub znak, podejmujemy działania następcze.

 

Zastrzegamy sobie prawo do podjęcia wszelkich odpowiednich i niezbędnych środków, aby działania firm naruszających prawa stały się znane na rynku krajowym i międzynarodowym, dlatego postanowiliśmy stworzyć czarną listę osób naruszających ENplus®.

> Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is advertising pellet bags and the outdated ENplus® certificate of a formerly ENplus® certified company on its Facebook profile [1] [2]. In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent "IWONA" pellet bags with the ENplus® logo and ID number of an ENplus® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus® logo on its website.
