Znak towarowy ENplus^® jest szeroko chroniony na poziomie międzynarodowym. This company is trading pellets as ENplus® certified by distribuiting false partnership agreements with a certified company, as well as using its ENplus® certificate and ID number, without its approval.

This company is wrongfully showing the ENplus^® logo and ID number of a certified company on its pellet bags, without previos approval or authorisation. > Misuse of the certification/trademark in marketing campaigns and advertisements. This company is wrongfully claiming its pellets as ENplus^®certified on its website [1] [2] [3] [4] and LinkedIn profile [5].
