Značka ENplus® je široce chráněna na mezinárodní úrovni. To znamená, že nelicencované použití ochranné známky nebo jejích částí může představovat porušení práv vlastníka ochranné známky. Sledujeme proto pokaždé, když se dozvíme o protiprávním jednání proti chráněné pečeti nebo značce.


Vyhrazujeme si právo přijmout veškerá vhodná a nezbytná opatření k tomu, aby byly porušující činnosti společností známé na národním a mezinárodním trhu, a proto jsme se rozhodli vytvořit černou listinu s porušovateli ENplus®.
