In adidtion, this company is advertising its fraudulent “IWONA” pellet bags with the ENplus^® logo and ID number of an ENplus^® certified company on them, without its previous approval or authorisation, on its Facebook profiles [3] [4] and its company car. Moreover, this company is using the old ENplus^® logo on its website. 

> Misuse of the certification/trademark on products. This company is trading fraudulent “TOMIBENA” pellet bags with the ENplus^® term and ID number of a certified company on them, without being authorised to do so [1] [2].
