Il marchio ENplus® è ampiamente protetto a livello internazionale. Ciò significa che un utilizzo senza licenza del marchio o di parti di esso può costituire una violazione dei diritti del titolare del marchio. Pertanto, monitoriamo ogni volta che veniamo a conoscenza di atti di violazione del sigillo o del marchio protetto.

 

Ci riserviamo il diritto di adottare tutte le misure opportune e necessarie per rendere note le azioni illecite delle aziende ai mercati nazionali e internazionali, ed è per questo che abbiamo deciso di creare una lista nera con i trasgressori ENplus®.
