Varumärket ENplus® är allmänt skyddat på internationell nivå. Detta innebär att en icke-licensierad användning av varumärket eller delar därav kan utgöra ett intrång i varumärkesägarens rättigheter. Vi följer därför upp varje gång vi hör om intrång mot det skyddade sigillet eller märket.

Vi förbehåller oss rätten att vidta alla lämpliga och nödvändiga åtgärder för att göra företagshandlingar av intrång kända för de nationella och internationella marknaderna, och därför beslutade vi att skapa en svart lista med ENplus® intrång.
