Pertanto, monitoriamo ogni volta che veniamo a conoscenza di atti di violazione del sigillo o del marchio protetto. 

Ci riserviamo il diritto di adottare tutte le misure opportune e necessarie per rendere note le azioni illecite delle aziende ai mercati nazionali e internazionali, ed è per questo che abbiamo deciso di creare una lista nera con i trasgressori ENplus®.
